They provide rich imagers within their online floor store so you get a good idea of the finish you will be buying, and they offer a home delivery of samples which is clearly the best way of matching your home interior products

Other really useful information is maintenance of your wood or non wood flooring, underlays available and accessories which will always come in handy.

We were a little frustrated by the lack of information about their environmental policies - we could not establish that they trade in FSC wood (please correct us if they are certified) nor the processes for engineered woods. Green policies aside their range of products is hard to beat. We think that some beautiful antiques will go very nicely with some solid real flooring.

A summary of this website would be that it provides a lot of useful imagery and information to support flooring sales, but is a little difficult to navigate with multiple menus and perhaps too much text. try before you buy, but definitely buy with confidence!
